Here at Berrigan Wines, we want you to enjoy your wines, so if you're not 100% happy, you can return your order to us within 30 days of purchase for a credit or refund - your choice. We'll even pick it up and cover the return shipping cost.

Membership Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel your Berrigan Wines subscription, you can do this by click the 'un-subscribe' link at the bottom of our email newsletter, or simply email contact@berriganwines.com.au and we'll do it for you.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards by use of Paypal and Shopify payments. These are both highly secure methods of payment so you can rest assured your details are safe.

What are cookies?

A cookie is a minute amount of data that we send to your browser that gets stored on your computer's hard drive.

If your browser's preferences allow it (most browsers are installed with cookies enabled), each web site can send its own cookie to your browser. It's nothing sinister so don't worry, it's just used to tell your browser that you're logged in to our website, for instance, so you don't need to login each time. Yay!

To protect your privacy, cookies do not store personal information but instead use anonymous and unique identifiers. Each web site can only access the cookie they have sent to your hard drive, not the cookies sent by other web sites.

If you share your computer with others and you do not want them to have access to your account information, be sure to logout before leaving your computer unattended. You can logout by clicking on "Logout" link at the top of the page.

My wine hasn't arrived yet

If the delivery of your wine has been longer than expected (see below), you can send us a email, and we'll look into it for you. Orders usually ship from the warehouse within 1 business day, then depending on where you're based, our 3rd party couriers will deliver in 2-5 business days for most metro areas, and up to 7-10 days for more remote areas. All up, we ask that you allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. Note that in times of high demand, it may take us an extra day to get the wine on its way :)

What if I find I don't like the wine? Can I return it?

You sure can. We've got a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and we mean it. This is a solid guarantee: if you have any problems with anything you've ordered from us, we'll replace it with something you do like, or give you a full refund. No worries.

I forgot my password, help!

If you're not signed in: from the "Sign In screen, click on "forgot your password?" and we'll send you a password reset link, and you can follow the instructions and change your password. If you are signed in already, sign out and you can then click on the "forgot your password" link when signing back in to change your password. If that doesn't help, shoot us an email we'll get back to you as soon as possible
