SOURCE

Sourced from a premium Mount Benson vineyard with limestone soils. The fruit was pressed promptly, fermented initially in stainless steel and transferred to French oak near dryness. Ten months in a mix of barriques, 20% new and the remainder seasoned, with regular lees stirring, built its soft mid-palate.
