Here at Berrigan Wines, we want you to enjoy your wines, so if you’re not 100% happy, you can return your order to us within 14 days of purchase for a credit or refund – your choice. We’ll even pick it up and cover the return shipping cost.
If you’d like to cancel your Berrigan Wines Membership, you can do this by click the ‘un-subscribe’ link at the bottom of our email newsletter, or simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do it for you.
We accept all major credit cards by use of Paypal and Stripe. These are both highly secure methods of payment so you can rest assured your details are safe.

If the delivery of your wine has been longer than expected (see below), you can send us a email, and we’ll look into it for you.
Orders usually ship from the warehouse within 1 business day, then depending on where you’re based, our 3rd party couriers will deliver in 2-4 business days for most metro areas, and up to 7-10 days for more remote areas. All up, we ask that you allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. Note that in times of high demand, it may take us an extra day to get the wine on its way 🙂

This is a solid guarantee: if you have any problems with anything you’ve ordered from us, we’ll replace it with something you do like, or give you a full refund. No worries.
If you’re not signed in: from the “Sign In screen, click on “forgot your password?” and we’ll send you a password reset link, and you can follow the instructions and change your password.
If you are signed in already, sign out and you can then click on the “forgot your password” link when signing back in to change your password.
